developing story from ohio state university. there is no ongoing threat after men committed suicide at the wexner center for the arts. he analyzed artworks in the gallery before shooting and killing himself. no one else was hurt. the man charged in last week's daily shooting at a colorado springs planned parenthood clinic is scheduled to make his first court appearance tomorrow. police are trying to determine motivated byr was opposition to legal abortion. one of the three people killed, a police officer has been identified. the nine people wounded are expected to recover. public works crews repaired a water main break in alexandria. the eight inch pipe broke on cameron mills road a couple of hours -- after a couple of hours they discovered a gas leak. washington gas was called to the scene. about 30 customers were without water during the repairs. turning to the weather and went, dreary weekend. will things improve?

kellye: the convicted boston marathon bomber once a new trial. a judge is set to hear arguments on tuesday. his lawyers are requesting a different location if a new trial is granted because they feel a local jury would not be objective. he was convicted and sentenced to death earlier this year for his role in the two when he 13 attack. -- 2013 attack. trial is set to go.

kellye: we have had some nice weather lately so it's time for payback?
