there could be more victims. his name is gavin anthony otto. the 42 year-old and not answer his door. he worked as a massage therapist at the red door spa, in an incale shopping district gaithersburg. investigators say that a 32-year-old client claimed that ono sexually assaulted her july 7. a37-year-old female client said that otto touched her inappropriately during a massage in november. a few days ago the police picked charging him with second-degree and fourth degree sexual offense. the police believe there may be additional victims. a spokesperson for red door spa said the matter is being investigated by the police and red door spot is cooperating with authorities in the matter. given the ongoing investigation, they cannot comment further. authorities want to work

disturbing death investigation in spotsylvania. cone wasold heather se found shot to death on piney branch road, about 30 minutes away from where she lived. she had been getting death threats, they say, from another woman. >> it is every parent's worst nightmare. toif anybody has information bring my daughter justice. please do so. leon: the police are asking anybody with information to come forward. sinceow marks one year the tragedy in gaithersburg, six people 2014, died when a private jet crashed into a home, including a woman and two children inside of the house. the ntsb is still trying to determine the exact cause of the crash. alison: debating a name change for umd's byrd stadium.

the school president is recommending that it be called marilyn stadium because cary byrd, the former president, was a well-known supporter of racial segregation. roz plater has the details. than two decades of debate, it appears to be close to a resolution. it is the third time in 25 years students at the university of maryland college park have lobbied to change the name of their football venue, byrd stadium, named for our former servednt harry byrd, who from 1936 until 1954. he is credit for laying the foundation of the modern kicks, but he was also a segregationist. the current president said after getting input from students, he recommends that byrd stadium be changed to maryland stadium. this senior sociology major has led the current name change fight. >> i think it says a lot about
