making their arguments. around the courthouse, there is a visible uptick in security, a sense of anticipation. one example, these barricades that got put out by our sidewalk live locations. what they are trying to determine in there is exactly what happened between offers are we importer and freddie gray in the back of a police van, very much like that shares then. the state one first with their closing arguments. they are questioning the credibility of officer william porter. they are saying that he is lying for his own benefit. that he is not telling the truth about what he saw when he looked in the van. the state claiming that freddie gray was very badly injured. officer gray, officer porter, i should say, respond to a request from the driver of the van to check in on freddie gray. the state is climbing that gray was very clearly injured already and that officer porter shirked his sacred responsibility to protect freddie gray's life, just as he is responsible to

story, firefighters in columbus, ohio have contained a massive warehouse fire. they say it could be hours before it is completely out. the two alarm blaze started before 4:00 this morning. several propane tanks exploded, causing flames to shoot more than 100 feet into the air. most of the building has collapsed. the fire forced to nearby schools to close. no injuries have been repord in the cause of the fire is still under investigation. closer to home, a major meeting happening today after a historic yacht club in annapolis when up inflames over the weekend. john is in annapolis with details on the plans to relocate and rebuild the landmark. members of the staff at the yacht club have arrived as well as restoration crews as fire investigators continue to sift through the charred remains and figure out exactly what caused all of this devastation. you can see what is also visible out here is the christmas decorations. fire investigators trying to onure out if this fire

saturday afternoon had anything to do with the parade of lights of and that goes on every december in annapolis. it was scheduled for saturday evening and was canceled. witness tell us at a christmas tree inside may have sparked this fire. the fire marshal's office has not given an exact cause, but if you look at the video, you can see how devastating this was on saturday afternoon. heavy, dark smoke and flames shooting out of the top floor windows. the staff was able to get out safely. firefighters suffered minor injuries. an number of vintage artifacts and historic items that traced back over 100 years have been destroyed. >> that place is special. that place has been here for a long time. they have a lot of special events and therefore veterans. very important people. the governor was out surveying the damage. the mayor of annapolis will be holding an emergency meeting today. as for the owners, they vowed to

they are ok. however, have to stay out until an inspector can come out and look over it. in the meantime, is deemed unsafe. the property manager also tells me he saw some alcohol inside of the suv that could be a factor. we know that speed was one of them. this accident is still under investigation. police will let us know as soon as they have some new information. reporting an capitol heights, jeannette reyes, abc seven news. police say a car crash is now being investigated as a homicide. about 9:45 last night, officers found a car off the road in the 2700 block of tucker road in fort washington. inside, they found a man dead with trauma to his upper body. at this point, detectives tell abc seven they don't think this was a random act. in annapolis, police investigating a serious investor an accident. -- serious pedestrian accident that happened on rowe boulevard, a few blocks away from the capital building. the pedestrian was rushed to the
