a joy ride in michigan caught by a police dashcam. the cop gave chase as the driver sped off driving wildly even passing other vehicles on the shoulder after spinning out, two people inside well, they took off running. an 8-year-old girl and her 138-year-old brother both were taken into custody and returned to their mother. the teen who was behind the wheel has a history of run-ins with the law. >> well, the search for the so-called affluenza teen is intensifying. ethan couch killed four people in a drunk driving crash but never went to jail. >> tips are pouring in. the latest from clayton sandell.

>> reporter: police say ethan couch is on the run tonight, possibly in this black ford truck that belongs to his mother, tonya. she's missing now, too. >> we're going to prosecute her as fully as we can, if she helps him at all. >> reporter: couch is wanted for violating his probation after driving drunk in 2013, causing a crash that killed four people. he got no jail time after arguing he had so-called affluenza, too rich to know right from wrong. >> those people who dealt with him at the accident scene, and the post accident scene saw absolutely no remorse. >> reporter: earlier this month, this video surfaced on twitter. investigators say it appears to be couch at a party, possibly violating his probation. >> i think that was trigger that sent him running once that video surfaced. >> reporter: the fbi and u.s. marshals have now joined the hunt for couch and his mother, putting ethan's face on this wanted poster. there's now a $5,000 reward. >> let him get a taste of real prison and real adult justice.
