d.c. police investigating theft of an agent's gun badge, radio, equipment from inside the car near the headquarters. this didn't happen in the middle of the night. this happened at 4:00 in the afternoon yesterday. the agent says somebody unzippedzipped the vehicle's back window and also taken was a flash drive. jonathan: cell phone video capturing the fist flying at montgomery blair high school. have you seen this? this is out of control. video only on 7. montgomery county reporter kevin lewis live with what started the brawl. so many students are involved that seems crazy. kevin: for get coffee. this provided substantial jolt to students and the staff members who should have been in the first period classes. instead more than a hundred people got sucked in this 7:00 a.m. fight.

michael leonard accused of stealing a package in front of a police station lobby. they saw him and then they found it when they searched his car. he is charged with theft. >> a crime alert on metro after a beating aboard a train on rush hour that left someone hospitalized. as stephen tschida reports this attack with the stabbing death in the same station last summer has the riders on edge. stephen: witness say's at it approached the station the teenagers got rowdy. >> scary for the rest of to us try to have a decent commute. stephen: they apparently pulled a man from the seat and beat him so badly the witnesses say that it left him unconscious. stephen: the train stopped and they ran. but they nabbed several on the station.
