24-year-old victim. reporting live in seabrook, maryland, suzanne kennedy, abc7 news. leon: thank you. now to the other big story at 5:00. a maryland doctor whose patients come from around the globe forced not practice. that is despite being a leading exnert a controversial field -- expert in the controversial field. joce sterman will explain why in a story you will see only on 7. joce: she has been in practice for decades. people whom claim to suffered from exposure to chemicals. but now she can't see anyone after the medical board claimed she was drinking on the job, that is something she flat-out denies. in a simple office in rural frederick county, the doctor says she is running a practice that lengthed people's lives with cutting-edge science. but they can no longer seek out her treatments from the chemical exposure.

live in sterling, jeff goldberg, abc7 news. is that two suspects linked to half a dozen robberies in three states are behind bars. police arrested ridler and rhonda brown in their home in martinsburg, west virginia. they robbed robbed two hotels in leesburg. investigators say they are responsible for at least four other holdups in virginia. west virginia and maryland. kellye: the maryland state police are investigating a stunt that shut down the beltway. take a look at this. this video from sunday shows the estimated 200 motorcycles and the dirt bikes that clog the beltway. they receive thousands of calls from drivers and ding the stunts and driving the wrong way. leon: the winter storm that swept across the midwest took a chunk out of martin o'malley presidential's campaign. last night the democrat hosted an event in iowa and drew one person. o'malley said he almost

leon: the overnight rain on the rooftop caused problems on the road. they shut down the road near the greenway. i was under six inches of water. other part of the area had minor flooding. kellye: one northeast d.c. neighborhood has come to dread the rain, especially stretches like we have had over the past week. this much rain -- leon: means it backs up in the neighborhood over and over again. we have sent horace holmes out to investigate. what is the story? horace: well, what we found was a real mess homes here on taylor street.

kellye: new information about last night's crash that killed a cyclist. kevin lewis joined us about what he learned about crash and the life lost. kevin? kevin: this is a tricky crosswalk for a number of reasons. for one this is at the bottom of a hill along the busy road. the posted speed limit is 45 miles per hour. they have to be vigilant but as we have seen today, many are not. >> cars dip down the road. police say many ignore the crosswalk. the very spot an survivor hit and killed 19-year-old trank tower last night. >> the immediate response was that not another one when i got the phone call. towers was wearing a helmet.

uncle sam. >> remember the blimp? two mobles later there are claims of damages coming in from the army. earlier they confirmed to abc7 that now 12 claims have been filed for damages totaling nearly $305,000. it broke loose in october drifting 150 miles from maryland to pennsylvania, flying over homes and power lines. they struck the power lines creating black out or knocking out power to thousands of people at their home. two fighter jets scrambled to follow the blimp that was not steered remotely before it deflated.
