lebron james to act, urging the cleveland native to boycott his games. twitter has updated its rules regarding abusive behavior and hateful conduct. the social media giant has been under fire for not doing enough to thwart isis propaganda efforts. twitter says it will not tolerate behavior intended to harass, intimidate, or use fear to silence another user's voice. those who violate the rules will have their accounts deleted. there is word of a major blow to delaware's economy. du pont chemical is laying off more than 1/4 of its workforce in the state. that's 1,700 workers. the chemical giant is cutting expenses before its merger with dow chemical, which hasn't been approved yet. du pont was founded in delaware 213 years ago. well, mcdonald's stock is soaring thanks in part to some menu changes. shares in the fast food giant are up nearly 30% for the year. hitting a record high yesterday. analysts say a big reason is all-day breakfast.
