tom: the county shared a few of the 911 calls they received sunday. motorcycle riders popping wheelies and slowing down traffic. >> there were hundreds of motorcycles, dirt x, and atv's on the dirt bike, traveling from college park to forest bill. the riders popped wheelies, did burnouts, and even -- >> blocking traffic, doing tricks on the highway. >> weaving in and out of the traffic, extremely aggressive. tom: drivers were very concerned, and rightfully so. the calls to prince george's were transferred to maryland state police, who has jurisdiction on the beltway. the troopers did not arrive in anybody, but they are investigating the video as well as social media to figure out who these people are

from grace comes after months of assault accusations from dozens of women. jay korff has the latest on this case and a look at what this could mean for the other cases? ay: indeed, after facing litany of assault allegations, bill cosby has been indicted for the first time. this could impact a case involving some alleged victims of cosby who are represented by a d.c.-based attorney. iconicsby, the 78-year-old comedian known for his fatherly disposition, was entered into a suburban pennsylvania courthouse yesterday to face sex assault charges. a woman accuses him of sexually assaulting her after drugging her. a shocker, oh, he has enough evidence to go forward. the d.c.-based attorney represents seven women in a massachusetts defamation case against cosby. >> they said they were assaulted by bill cosby.

them responded by calling liars. that forms the basis of the lawsuit. jay: cosby countersued, saying they are liars. he believes this first case could benefit his case. >> did he use drugs? he says he did. to have sex? he said he did, in his own words. clientsexpects that his will testify they were unable to consent. he says wednesday's indictment is a positive step, and reminds us of one important thing. >> you are innocent until proven guilty, so mr. cosby may have an explanation, and i'm sure everybody is interested in knowing what that is. crosby's legal team said, "make no mistake, we intend to mount a vigorous again justified charge and we expect mr. cosby will be exonerated by a court of law." jay korff, abc 7 news. the police are

investigating a burglary in sexual assault in charles county. a man forced his way into a home in nanjemoy and attacked a woman inside on port tobacco road. officer say the victim did not know the attacker. the police are investigating a possible murder-suicide in annapolis junction. a man and woman were found dead near market in baltimore streets. they have not been identified. the medical examiner is working to determine how they died. right now, a major recovery effort underway in the midwest after historic flooding. millions remain under flood warnings. 14 people have died in missouri. president obama is pledging federal help. richard reeve is tracking the damage. missouri and illinois

getting slammed by a huge storm system this week, shopping centers, highways, whole neighborhoods underwater. dozen waterr rescues from people trapped in buildings or cars in the water keeps rising. it is being called some of the worst flooding in history. parts of greater st. louis now underwater. >> you have more water, higher water than in 1993. richard: hundreds of roads and bridges closed, including 20 miles of i-44. >> we thought this is it. richard: but nothing like this. 16 million people in the flood zone, 24 killed, most of the deaths people trying to drive through high, fast-moving water. >> normally stuff comes in and you have a week or so to prepare for what's going on. this is instantly here. richard: some have been incredibly lucky. rescue workers pulled this man from on top of his pickup. look at all the water spilling

out. >> it's already dangerous. we have had a number of deaths. we are trying to manage the situation and save lives. n illinois woman taking cell phone video as floodwaters surround her home. hundreds of volunteers are sandbagging in the st. louis area, trying to contain the high waters as residents scrambled to evacuate. >> we are just time to get the rest of the stuff that we can get out of here that's important to us. richard: the u.s. army corps of engineers says floodwaters have topped nine levees. most of the earthen barriers are protecting farm lands. they are mandatory evacuations. the mississippi is expected to thursday, which is 17 feet above flood stage. richard reeve, abc 7 news. unbelievable, thank you.

a friend of one of the san bernardino terrorists tonight was indicted on charges, enrique marquez is accused of conspiring to have terrorist and lying about a gun purchase. vesta gator say that he purchased two of the assault rifles that reused in the holiday shooting. the is also accused of having a sham marriage with a member of syed farook's family. affluenza'sd teenagers mother has been deported to the u.s. after being detained with her son in mexico. couch was wanted for violating parole. he made headlines for his role in a 2013 dwi crash that killed four people. using his wealth as a defense, he was given only probation and no jail time. couch is still in mexico. his mother faces up to 10 years in prison for her role in their escape. leon: d.c. police officers will
