the house passed the bill to shut down the signature health care law. it also d funds planned parenthood. the vote was along party lines. to vetot obama promises the bill, but republicans are calling this a symbolic victory. they say that it shows if a republican wins the presidency, they will successfully repeal that law. leon: developing now, did they or didn't they? they tested ays hydrogen bomb. u.s. officials say that's not likely. the world is racing to investigate the claim, which could have dangerous global implications. jonathan elias has a look at the latest. jonathan: this prompted an emergency meeting of the un security council. concern and condemnation from all over. north korea said it successfully tested a hydrogen bomb for the first time. to put this in perspective, and each bomb is 10,000 times more powerful than an atomic bomb.
