changed now that the sun is down? kimberly: we are on dw northbound. they just closed it. you are witnessing it as we are. this is clearly taking drivers by surprise. people are coming up, hitting the brakes, saying what the heck? because the auto government is not open tomorrow, the bw parkway northbound is going to remain closed through tomorrow and through tuesday. the concern according to the national park service is that it is very hazardous for people who are driving. they say if drivers were to lose traction, then the snow burns good cause cars to flip. we're going to drive forward

towards the closure and get a few different angles. this is how far back we are. this is the close-up. look, there is someone else hitting the brakes. we are going to slowly drive up your approaching the closure and then we will turn on to spout run. yep, you have to get off on spout run. it just close down moments ago. everyone is going to have to exit off of spout run, which is a single lane. the roads do not look too bad here. we notice when we're driving on ae nearly parkway, there was lot more snow on the ground when you get towards arlington county the roads were a lot more clear.
