at the school are organizing a trip to mexico. jeannette reyes takes a look at the document at the center of this controversy and why the principle is speaking out. this controversy goes well beyond the classrooms here at wootton high school. the acting principal is outraged about an upcoming senior trip she considers irresponsible. students will be heading to mexico for their annual spring break trip organized by parents. in the legal agreement, it states that the drinking age in mexico is 18. the principal said in a letter sent to parents, our community has suffered tremendous losses and i'm disappointed that anyone would imply that drinking by students not yet of legal drinking age is acceptable, even if it is allowed in a different country. take a listen to how some students are reacting. >> if there's going to be a supervisor, they should do it all together and make sure the supervisor knows what's happening. they should have a limit. willat happens in mexico

happen in mexico because it doesn't have an impact on the school because it's not a school trip. jeannette: in documents we obtained, one of the organizers for the trip is tracie saltzman, wife of kenneth saltzman, who was convicted of allowing underage dnking in his home on the night of a horrific crash last year that killed two wootton high school students. she tells the washington post that she does not condone underage drinking and was simply including mexico's drinking age so that parents are fully aware. reporting in rockville, i'm jeannette reyes. happening right now, arlington and fairfax county are on alert for a potentially rabid fox. there have been reports of at least three different attacks in the last few days. john gonzalez has the latest. we have been talking to residents who live in this mclean neighborhood.

they say they see fox's here all the time. this week, many of the folks have seen a fox that appears to be injured with bloody paws and a bloody nose and a laceration on his back leg. it has attacked at least one person in this area. we just spoke to a woman who was attacked here on tuesday morning in the front yard. she says she made eye contact with this fox and then it lunged at her twice. she got a chance to take a couple of photos after she was written on the leg -- bitten on the leg. the fox moved very slowly. she was rushed to the emergency room and animal control was called. later, someone walking with a baby stroller was also attacked. this woman says she believes it is the same rabid fox. >> it was clear it was injured by an animal or car. i think it felt presence -- threatened by my presence.

it came back the second time and i shook it off. i started to go to the front of the house rather than this entrance and it started to walk off towards the trees. i was still being pretty slow. john: there was another similar incident on monday. two people were attacked by a fox your curtis trail. most of the foxes here in northern virginia are nocturnal. which is why this is so concerning. the fox has not been found. jummy: we want to talk about the weather right now. cloudy and dreary conditions today. some areas good seasons no later tonight. chief meteorologist doug hill is here with a look at the forecast. doug: that cold front that came through yesterday's sitting off the coast -- yesterday is sitting off the coast.

in new jersey, authorities are investigating a school bus crash that turned deadly. state police say the bus was carrying special needs students when it collided with an suv. ,his is in fairfield township 30 miles south of philadelphia. the suv driver was killed. the bus driver and four students were injured. no word on what caused the crash. new developments in a case that has shocked the region. the lycee to ron boswell-johnson -- police say darren --well-johnson believe she and davis were in a dispute over child support. prince george's county states attorney talked about the case this morning. hearing from the

family, from all appearances, maybe even an amicable relationship between them that turned sour after this child support order. the child support order i think is the thing that really turned it violent. jummy: boswell-johnson was ordered to pay $600 a month in child support back in december. one of the virginia tech students charged in the murder of a 13-year-old girl is in court for a bond hearing. natalie keepers is charged with helping david eisenhauer dispose of nicole lovell's body. that hearing got underway just about an hour ago. they attended high schools in maryland. both are being held without bond. ovell will be laid to rest later today. that funeral is set for this afternoon in blacksburg. eisenhauer abducted her and stabbed chirping they may have been communicating over an anonymous messaging app. vote 2016 and the attacks
