charged with sexually abusing children and forcing them to pose for pictures and videos inside sylvania woods elementary school. jay korff is live from the school where a parents' meeting is set to occur. jay: more twisted allegation in a deeply disturbing story. moments ago brad bell got ahold of the lawsuit filed on behalf of an 11-year-old boy in fifth grade. i was able to look at the lawsuit briefly. in a nutshell it is similar to what was filed yesterday on behalf of a 9-year-old boy who is against the suspect deonte carraway. the principal at the school, the allegation is sexual contact between the child with carraway here at the school and at the glenarden municipal cent.

students are involved that is at the center. this was arranged as we reported in the past through an app called kik. what is disturbing is that carraway had access to the municipal center on his own. as far as the meeting, this will be a really big deal for the parents and the community. at the meeting that begins in less than 30 minutes, there is two things going on. one, law enforcement perspective. they want to get parents up to date on the latest progress of the investigation. like they were able to identify a 12th victim. they feel like there are more victims than that. they want the parents to feel comfortable if they fear the child is a victim that they can come forward. again, law enforcement sources believe that there are more than 12 victims. school system wants to make sure parents know they have sack ses for resources like counseling for themselves and the children. we will try to discuss with parents if

maureen: officers will be charged against the luis gustavo reluzco who is charged by manslaughter by automobile and failure to obey the move over law and say he hit noah leotta two months ago while leotta pulled over another driver. the indictment did not address the previous claims that reluzco had been drinking. police will update the case tomorrow and we'll have complete coverage. leon: community is rallying around a harford county sheriff office after a shooting that robbed them of two veteran deputies and stole five children's fathers. deputy dailey and logsdon were killed when they responded to call of sus

panera restaurant. we learned the suspect david evans shot deputy dailey seconds after the 30-year veteran approached him. deputy logsdon died in a shoot-out that happened minutes later that also left evans dead. >> the people two wear the uniform, there are no words. the men are heroes. i don't know what else to say in detail about them. leon: both deputies served in the military prior to joining the force. evans had outstanding warrants against him. relatives say he feared going to prison. prosecutors are making the case at a baltimore police officer should be forced to testify against other officers in the freddie gray case. officer william porter is appealing the decision forcing him to testify against caesar goodson and alicia white. porter was the first officer to stand trial for the death and his case ended in hung jury. maureen: now to the race for the white house. tonight is a critical night
