agencies are operating on a 3 hour delay- with option for unscheduled leave or unscheduled telework concerns over icy weather are also prompting several school closings and delays this morning. in virginia-- schools in spotsyvania county and fauquier county are closed this morning. joining them-- loudoun county, prince william county, shenandoah county, and rappahannock county schools-- all closed. in maryland-- calvert county, allegany county, charles county, and st. mary's county schools are all closed this morning. not everyone is throwing in the
