released to the boston globe which did not say why tsarnaev was not recommended for citizenship. the bombing killed three people. >> an ohio teenager is expected to appear in juvie court this morning charged with two counts of attempted murder. police say he opened fire in his school cafeteria. alex perez has the story. >> reporter: ohio investigators hunting for answers. >> he just pulled out his gun and started shooting. >> reporter: after lunchtime turned to horror today at madison high school outside cincinnati. authorities say a 14-year-old boy, a student at the school, allegedly stormed into the cafeteria, armed with a .38 caliber pistol, and opened fire. >> the first shot went, and then it kind of paused for five seconds, and then bang, bang, bang. >> reporter: two students struck by bullets. another two injured by shrapnel. police say, moments after, the teenaged gunman took off on foot, but officers quickly capturing the suspect. >> he was apprehended up on top of the hill, it appears still on school grounds.
