announcer: you're watching "abc7 news at 6:00". no stafford county firefighters are back on the job after trying to do the right thing. they rushed an 18-month-old child to the hospital in a fire truck rather than to wait for an ambulance. maureen: stafford county fire officials suspended captain james kelly and sergeant bloom after the incident last saturday. since the story broke this weekend the fire station has reinstated both firefighters. one firefighter says the little girl was having a seizure and was unresponsive. >> ten out of ten times i would do the same thing. i'm 100% confident in the decision i made. maureen: firefighters say they placed the child on oxygen to the way to the hospital and she regained consciousness. leon: former montgomery county commissioner pleads guilty to a count of misconduct in office. mangrew pled guilty to taken

residents say the home is used as a shortcut during the day. but at night it's a dangerous hangout. last month a 23-year-old man was shot in front of the window of a tenant. >> what if i would have been taking out my trash at the time? i would have been caught in the crossfire. or my son would have been caught in crossfire. leon: with are hearing things have gotten worse. a second hole is created to grant access to the balconies there. the property owner is looking to repair the fence. maureen: prince george's county police need your help to find a missing baby and her mother. police say 11-month-old amanine was last seen saturday afternoon near annapolis road in landover hills. the baby was with her mother who does not have full custody of her. leon: following a story out of flint, michigan, where a lawsuit was filed on behalf of the flint residents. this lawsuit was filed against
