three more lives changed. the man blamed for the brutal crime should have been behind bars. kevin reynolds was locked up last week on charges of domestic violence. he shot and killed tarekka jones and jalisa harris as several children watched in horror. >> the bat follow line sadly. the victim wanted to bring her boyfriend home. six days later the man took her life and the life of her sister. this happened in the third floor apartment. people are upset by what happened. others saying it didn't need to happen. less than a week after kevin reynolds murdered the mother of his child tarekka jones and her sister jalisa harris he was bailed

jones, herself. >> she did pay to have him removed from jail. >> angela alsobrooks reviewing how it could have happened. >> i wish we kept him in jail. >> wi first reported that reynolds was localed up march 1 accused of beating tarekka jones. pointing a gun at her and making threats. he would still be locked up on a no-bond status if jones had not gone to the reynolds bond review and recanted the story of the assault. judges joseph wright setted bond at $20,000. prosecutors didn't object and he was released. >> this is a worst case scenario. >> lydia's 2-year-old grandson murdered by his mother's boyfriend three years ago. now she speaks out against domestic violence and say women like jones must find the courage to get away from the abusive men. >> think aou

maureen: lockheed martin company plans to lay off 1,000 employees in the aeronautic division. they announce a voluntary layoff program at a time of reduced defense spending. the program will be available to mid-level employees in seven of the company's u.s. facilities. the company's aeronautics division makes fighter jets. leon: prince george's county top prosecutor is pitching in to help the people of flint michigan. state's attorney alsobrooks dropped off several cases of water at the kettering volunteer firehouse. the prince george's county fire department is collecting water for flint until march 20. maureen: town of lubbockville, maryland, trying an unusual solution to stop a vulture problem. dozen of the birds gather on the town water tower and bringing with them a host of problems. diane cho shows us how the solution has come down to whales. diane: a town with a picturesque backdrop and no shortage of signs welcoming you here.
