lined first street near union station. delicate thing to say, but those people have no porta potties or anything over there. we have seen stuff going on. citysurrounding the tents, government buildings and even cnn studios. thousands are forced to walk in the street during rush hour. 9:30 this morning, health and human services came to shut the camp down. >> you have got to keep this spot clean. you can't have trash and stuff on the ground. sam: the department of health and human services said they told everyone on this camp on february 11 that they had to be out of here today. they said they would help with relocation services and mental health services, but they added oftentimes the homeless reviews their help --refused their help. >> they can help us
