of palmer park after four bank robberies yesterday morning. they think he robbed nine banks in prince george and montgomery county in september. this officer just stepped in a restaurant for lunch and he walks outside to find daley's car parked next to his cruiser. >> there is no way it's rice. leon: no way it could be that easy but it was. the officer called for backup and wait 15 minutes. daily came outside and arrived at the car police arrested him without incident. we'll have more on that story coming up at 6:00. alison: sometimes you're just lucky with those things. leon: there you go. alison: fairfax county teacher is out of a job after allegations of inappropriate behavior with students on a trip to germany. jay ko

wasn't sponsored by the school. jay: christopher rademacher was a german teacher but that changed after it emerged he held inappropriate conduct with students after a trip he organized in 2014. fairfax county public schools after hearing of the allegation called for the teaching license to be revoked. the documents state in the trip, mr. rademacher was alleged to have supplied alcohol to the students, encouraged students to drink to the point of intoxication. instructed students to strip naked and drink together and instructed two students to engage in sex acts while he watched an participated. a fairfax county public school spokesperson said it was not sanctioned by the school system. as soon as the allegations surfaced parents of the students who went on the trip and the law enforcement members were notified. the state authorities did n

the alleged conduct occurred outside the united states and their jurisdiction. the state revoked the license in 2015. the state document adds as part of the school system internal investigation, students on the trip confirmed most of the allegations leveled against rademacher. and that the teacher refused to cooperate with the internal investigation. the u.s. attorney's office for the district is aware of this and they are reviewing the matter. mr. rademacher has not been charged with anything in regard to the allegations. and attempts to reach him have been unsuck se -- unsuccessful. alison: switching gears to the weather now. another nice day out there today. especially when the sun broke through the clouds. leon: and the pollen. alison: and the pollen. leon: and the cloud of pollen. more clouds could be

leon: an ma'am care officials in los angeles are investigating the man worldly known as the dog whisperer. looking at him for alleged animal cruelty of all things. according to the "l.a. times" police visited cesar milan's dog training facility yesterday. i stems from the latest episode of the show "cesar 911" where a pig was bitten by a dog in training, a dog that previously attacked other pigs. milan took to twitter saying the session helped the dog become obedient. no arrest has been made. investigation is still ongoing. alison: the mystery of what kill 13 bald eagles is unanswered. despite reward for anyone with information leading to arrest and conviction. amy aubert talked to neighbors who say investigators have been out there but the questions of how and why remain. >> it's only quarter of a mile. amy: for glen, it still feels like just yesterday. >> part of my mind says maybe i will find something to help
