on the 500-block of hilmar drive . jeannette reyes is live with what we know now. jeannette: a man is dead right now. still a lot more questions than answers. still pretty active scene here. we are in a townhome community. , where we are now, is completely blocked off as the investigation continues. arrived and found the man's body this morning. we have seen at least a dozen evidence markers. a neighbor tells us he heard gunshots this morning. officersrriving, our discovered an adult male victim suffering from trauma. he was announced that here on scene.

is outside-conneen of the supreme court, where protesters have been gathered all morning. good afternoon. mike: just a short time ago, the oral arguments wrapped up. lawyersa lot of the here on the steps of the supreme court. gathered of protesters here, singing, chanting, gathering. these groups object to the arrangement to ensure that employees can get free birth control under the affordable care act. this is the fourth time the 2010 law has been reviewed by scotus . with injustices -- eight justices, it could be difficult to attract the eight votes needed to prevail.
