leon: police found a woman they say rammed her convertible in a man's car as part of a road rage case. the man says she accused him of being a member of isis as she hit his car repeatedly. cheryl conner spoke with the victim and asked we conceal his identity. >> she put scratches on the back of the bumper. cheryl: the driver wanted to share details to the scary moment. >> she would pull back and then a couple of inches from the bumper. cheryl: the incident started after 7:00 friday morning when the driver of the honda accord said he was on his way to work when she started tailgating him. the victim says the woman followed him for a few miles before he was able to pull over into a shopping center. it is what she did and what she said that surprised him. >> she said that i was in isis and i had been following her since 3:00 in the morning and i needed to go back to my country.

jeff goldberg found out that number is higher than normal. and he explains why. jeff: for tori anderson the freshman year at george mason has been dilled with plenty of great experiences. >> i've felt safe here. jeff: but like many students she was alarmed when she received alert from the administration that two rapes were reported by female students on or near campus in the past week. >> eye-opening. it can happen here. it doesn't happen at over campuses. jeff: we reviewed the george mason university police records for the past three months and found ten rape cases have been reported since january 1. shortly after the incident and others days, weeks, months later. in each of the ten cases the victim and the accused knew one another. in the most recent case reported early this past monday morning, the woman who reported the rape met the man through an online dating app. >> a lot of the cases do involve
