at 10:30, limited service began on one track. officials tell us this had trains backed up in both directions the between baltimore and d.c. causing a major travel disruption on a busy line. investigators are working to identify this person and figure out why they were on the train tracks in the first place. if you hour, we are told expect to travel on the northeast corridor or the 10 line, you should expect residual delays throughout the afternoon. sam sweeney, anchor abc 7 news. jummy: we want to get to new developments in the war on terror. the only person charged in connection to belgium attacks is free. he was released just after a judge ruled there was insufficient evidence for his arrest. authorities released new surveillance video of moments before the attack at the brussels airport. police are still trying to identify the man in the black hat. the death
