alison: we begin with breaking news from gaithersburg, where crews are on the scene of a big house fire. several rescues were made and two people are being evaluated for injuries. in the 1800scene block of windjammer way.

firefighters at the scene, the battle more difficult because the fire was gas-fed. we will bring you a live report from gaithersburg coming up in just a moment. of a massiveg news power outage in letting county, more than 15,000 diminutive customers without power. or whenon the cause the power will be turned back on. the other big story -- >> a couple employees were crushed in front of me. terrifying, freak accident inside of a freezer. one person is dead, six others injured, including one in critical condition. this happened at reinhardt food services in manassas, trapping some, injuring others with falling debris. richard reeve has the investigation. have their been complaints about this warehouse before? richard:

say some of the racks are not properly secured. they are supposed to be attached with screws on the bottom. the racks are very heavy, holding thousands of pounds of material, leading to the tragedy today. it was a frightening, tragic workday. >> i was in shock. richard: emergency crews rushed 3:40 p.m. tuesday after a series of frantic 911 calls. >> they had a catastrophic collapse of the rack support system. row of those racks tipped over and crashed, trapping employees beneath. >> a couple employees were crushed. richard: a forklift operator heard shouts of warning, then the racks went down. >> everything started coming down. that is what

employees get buried under the debris. everybody was jumping over pallets, trying to find people. ght was deadlyei for a new employee. with were injured, two life-threatening injuries. >> the cause of death is related to the collapse. richard: some workers say it did not have to happen. some of the racks were not securely screwed into the floor. >> not only did we lose a good employee, a father. richard: we reached out to the company. they do not get back to us. we know that osha is investigating. a 21-year-old employee, a father of one, with another child on the way, is now dead. in manassas, richard reeve, abc 7 news. leon: new tonight, a hateful hacker college

college networks come including the university of maryland with anti-semitic messages. some of these messages are disturbing. jay korff has the latest on the cyber attack. jay: the flyer asks the white man if he is sick and tired of the jews destroying their country through mass immigration and degeneracy and calls on the white man to join his struggle of local white supremacy. the anti-defamation league and other agencies are saying that this man admits to being behind the attack that deliver the anti-semitic flyer to thousands of universities across the country, including printers at the university of maryland in college park. jewish students on campus say they are disappointed that people still communicate in such hateful ways. >> is very sad for me when i see people just hate each other based on differences that don't really -- don't really matter so much. >> it's unfortunate, but it does not affect us so much becae

jay: a spokesperson for the antidefamation league said the hacking technique, infiltrating network printers, is unit. >> it shows how little security we have. jay: the university of maryland said, "we condemn the content of the racist fliers. security measures are being taken in our printer network." kids to switch schools, standing room only inside of a hearing in loudoun county, centering on a redistricting program that some say puts children into unfair groups. tom roussey has both sides of the issue tonight. tom? n, critics said that in some way the plans would have segregated schools, but supporters say that is not what have happened.

of this townhouse right now. the public information officer for the fire department come after watching his tweets all night, i've been told this is a two-story house fire, fueled by gas. we spoke with a witness moments ago who was visiting the area. she said she heard a loud explosion and that is what she believes started this. we know there were two, maybe three people trapped inside. >> there were several people unaccounted for. we rescued two people. they were not injured seriously. one person was not accounted for, but they have since been accounted for. jay: ok, that is the public information officer of montgomery county fire, this breaking new situation for step think fully, all are accounted for. there were three inside, they are all out. they are all ok.

, where we will carefully go over the hoses. you will see what the back looks like according to montgomery county public information officer this is the origin of the fire. it looks like an explosion that occurred somewhere in the back. the believe initially origin of the fire is on the back deck. it looks like the holdback was ripped to shreds. we also heard from somebody visiting that she heard what sounded like an explosion, and we have confirmed that they believe this fire may have been gas-fed. there were initial reports of people being trapped, needing to be rescued. we haveow that confirmed that two people were pulled out and they are ok. it third person was unaccounted for and that person is also ok. we have to go. ok, we have to get going, guys?
