leon: side with health matters and frightening findings on the impact of a zika virus on the unborn. new report focuses on a 33-year-old woman living in d.c. she traveled to mexico, guatemala and belize early in her pregnancy and she became infected along the way. fetal ultrasounds show no evidence of microcephaly. but at 19 weeks, they found severe fetal brain abnormalities. >> we know by seven weeks after the symptomatic infection we could see something on ultrasound. so maybe it's not as reassuring as we thought. leon: the pregnancy was terminated and they found that the fetus tested

maureen: a 7-year-old girl receiverred the everyday hero award after making a call to save her father's life. jenna viloria was at home with her father when he passed out and became unresponseive. jenna sprang into action an called 911 and was able to give a dispatcher her address. something the montgomery county fire chief isn't common for children her age. >> i saved his life and it's my first time. my

>> you pass out, that is what they keep telling us. your daughter did a very good job. maureen: and so she did. jenna even counted her father's breaths for the dispatcher using the word "now." she wants to be a doctor when she grows up she says to prevent her family and lots of other people from being sick. congratulations, jenna. leon: so cute. all right. now the washington monument is back in business. the elevator broke down yesterday to trap visitors there for close to an hour. today, though, some of those who lined up for the ride up said they were nervous but they were determined to go for it. stephen tschida went out there and he went with them. >> all the tickets. >> open, on timed and the visitors lined up early for the ride to the top. >> fewer than 24 hour after the elevator came to an abrupt halt at 240 feet up. trapping close to two dozen visitors. the elevator took off again and the tour to the peak commenced. >> today is the
