she tried to walk into the bar, the bouncer looked in her bag, saw that she had breast milk inside a container inside the bag and said that you cannot bring that in here. resident and specials for d.c. public schools that she could not believe it at first when the bouncer told her the bar could not allow her to bring milk inside because the d.c. alcoholic beverage regulation administration prohibits patrons from bringing outside drinks into the bar. she explained that she has four-month-old twin boys and needs to pump breastmilk when she can, but said she was still rejected. her friend posted the story on a blog and it has generated about 400 comments. she says she felt like the bouncer and the bars manager were dismissive and disrespectful of the situation. >> even if you have not come across as before, to have that response seems like the wrong one. >>
