over 100 people died in maryland last year from dui-related crashes. kellye: maryland lawmakers still have bills on the table for tax relief and to reform the correctional system. brad bell will be in annapolis tomorrow for the last day of the legislative session. look for his live reports beginning at 4 p.m. in virginia, governor terry mcauliffe has less than an hour theeto a bill allowing state to decide whether to use the electric chair for electrocution. right now that decision is left up to the inmate. the bill comes amid a shortage for the drugs used for lethal injections. within 300 religious leaders have called on mcauliffe to veto the measure. developments in north carolina as the naacp calls on the voice of lists -- the list of voices calling on them to scrap the bathroom and changing
