what we have learned so far about the victim. just? this is the area in the canal where the body was found floating this morning. just to give you a sense of where we are, we are on the north side of the canal, between 31st and 32nd streets, right in the heart of georgetown. according to police, the man found in the water was a hispanic male between 40 and 50 years old. at this point, there is no word on how long he was in the water or whether the death was , intentional, or suicide. the body was discovered just after 7:00 a.m. by a group of contract workers doing a job at a hotel on 31st street. one of the first men to see the body spoke to us a few hours ago and said the man
