coming up.. developing right now-- an apparent case of road rage in the district. now a d-c police officer is facing charges for allegedly pulling a gun on another motorist. according to court documents, 46-year-old m-p-d officer michael minor, got into an argument with another driver on 295, back in february. the two got out of their cars, and that's when minor pulled his weapon, and pointed it at the other man. after an internal investigation review, the department charged officer minor with assault. neighbors tell us they are shocked. a judge has ordered minor to remain on house arrest until his next preliminary hearing next month. right now-- students at sever d-c schools are now getting schools are now getting tested, for possible lead expsoure. tests last aug
