even wheel locks do not stop them. jeannette reyes has the investigation happening now. fairfax county residents for the past several weeks have been waking up with cinderblocks under their cars. the police are asking them to use these wheel locks and the cars' tires were still stolen. it seems they are getting around just about anything. they have one unfortunate thing in common. both had all four tires and ri stolen in the middle of the nightms, a combined loss of $10,000. the seemingly professional thieves are going after gm-made vehicles like suv's and corvettes with tires and rims that have high resale value. >>
