we also have new information on the egypt airplane crash. officials are still investigating the cause but say it is more than likely terrorism than a technical issue. search crews believe they found at least part of the record from egyptair flight 804 in the mediterranean sea. the plane was flying from paris to cairo when it written down early this morning. investigators are looking at the possibility this was a terror attack with maybe even a bomb on board. 66 people wrong the plane including two infants and a child. martha gonzales has the latest on the investigation. navy is now helping with the search. officials say there was no distress call. search teams scouring part of the mediterranean sea for the wreckage of egyptair flight 804. investigators trying to figure out what caused the airbus a320 with 66 people on board to disappear suddenly from radar. the plane

forced to go bathroom in a bucket. all of this over a year. timothy is the stepfather of the young girl that said these things happened to her. he was living with his adult son and two other young children in this home. we are continuing to investigate all of these situations, but homee did enter the earlier and satan is evidence to back up these claims. we don't know how he was able to get out. neighbors in area all shocked. they said he would see these folks ever so often to see the dogs out but nothing standoffish. they are shocked this young girl was kept in the basement. many are comparing it to the situation in cleveland with castro. devastating news at this point. the father and his son were in court this morning on the charges of kidnapping and torture. we will continue to follow this story and bring you the details as they become available. reporting in toledo, kristy lee.

developments closer to home. a transgender woman pulls out of a bathroom in a giant grocery store in washington and is sharing her story. we have the account of exactly what happened. >> good afternoon. i spoke with ebony earlier today, and she told me she was already inside the ladies room. this female guard came into the restroom and told her to get out. she was speaking to her through the stall door and then started to call her names. she also went on to say the law is not been passed to allow transgender people to use these bathrooms and a security guard was sick of people like her coming in and using the restrooms and it was time for her to get out. she left the stall, wants her hands, walked out, and that is when she says the security guard grabbed her wrist and began to show her out of the store.here ebony describes it in her own
