>> now, abc 7 news at noon, on your side. eyes of the world will be on louisville, kentucky, today as the city pays its final tribute to his hometown hero, muhammad ali. the memorial is scheduled to begin at 2:00. here is a live look at people starting to gather for that procession. thousands are expected to line the streets as the funeral procession takes a loop around the city. that route and the funeral arrangements were specified by ali himself.

with more. remembering a champ on his terms. muhammad ali mapping out his own sendoff, starting with his 19-mile procession passed his childhood home to his final resting place. tens of thousands traveling from across the country and around the world to show the boxing giant the dignity and respect he deserves. >> he is still going to live. he will live forever. >> this is not just a day. reporter: capping off the day, a memorial service for 30,000. the free tickets were gone in under an hour. dignitaries and celebrities among the attendees, including the clinton and billy crystal as eulogizes, and will smith as a pallbearer. a celebration of ali started thursday with this traditional muslim prayer service bringing 15,000 people of all races and religions under one roof.

the woman walks from the new carrollton metro station down the street past the parking lot and up garden city drive to the 4000 block to a business. she says a man was following behind her and when she got to the business, he sexually assaulted her. before all of this happened, police say he was captured on surveillance video inside the metro station. take a close look at your screen. he is described as a black male, approximately 5'11". take a close look at his jacket. that is where police want you to focus. a red coat with what appears to be a cross or plus sign. we brought this picture to the new carrollton metro station and this is how women are responding. >> this location is not secure. we have had lights out before. the police need to step up their presence if that is an issue. metro needs to do more for safety. there are a lot of different options available i think. reporter:
