a police officer's gun at a trump rally over the weekend in las vegas. he was stopped by other security at the event. authorities say sanford admitted he tried to kill trump again if he was set free. with just months to go before the general election, it looks like the trump campaign is essentially broke. new financial records show the trump camp began this month with just $1.3 million in cash on hand while hillary clinton's campaign began the month with $42 million in the bank. the latest addition to the clinton clan is waking up in his own crib this morning. chelsea clinton and her husband left a manhattan hospital yesterday with their second child, aidan. grandparents hillary clinton and former president bill clinton were also there to see him off. >> and another celebration you might say. the city of cleveland has one more full day to prepare for a celebration more than half century in the making. that celebration, of course, is being held for the new nba

western new york as an inflatable bounce house was carried away by the wind. it gets thrown up like a helium balloon and it's tangled up in high voltage power lines. it all happened 40 feet off the ground. luckily the kids that had been jumping around in the bounce house all exited before this happened, so no one got hurt. and the risky rescue is under way in what right now may be the coldest place on earth. a small plane is already in antarctica and set to head to the south pole to pick up a contractor who needs medical treatment. keep in mind average temperatures are 70 below and the plane has to land on skis on compacted snow in total darkness because the sun won't come up there until august. the lawsuit accusing starbucks of shorting its customers may proceed. the class action suit accuses the coffee chain of systemically serving lattes that are 25% less than promised. the federal judge did not rule

research. an amazing story out of new mexico. a woman survives a literal run-in with a mother bear by playing dead. take a look at karen williams. she is a marathon runner near the end of a mountain race when she saw a black bear running at her. williams apparently frightened one of its cubs and tried to protect herself but the bear was on her too fast. >> she was ribbing at my upper arms. i had my hands over my head and i screamed because it hurt and she didn't like me screaming and so she gave me a whack on the side of the head with her left paw. >> wow. so williams eventually curled up on the ground and played dead. she said the bears left after ten minutes. williams suffered some cuts as well as that broken eye socket. mike wallace is recovering from injuries he says he suffered after a brutal attack, as well. wallace was leaving a concert in charlotte on friday when he claims three men he had never met before punched him and kicked him and also

hospitalized after a shooting in northeast washington overnight. police responded to the 42-hundred block of benning road, just before midnight. one man was found shot, but doctors do not believe his injuries are life threatening. police have not made any arrests. the fate of a baltimore police office charged in the death of freddie gray, is now in the hands of a judge. closing arguments concluded monday for officer ceasar goodson. he is the officer who drove the police van freddie gray was inside when he was injured. that injury ulimately lead to his death. prosecutors say that officer caesar goodson intentionally took gray on a so-called "rough ride." the defense claims goodson drove the van safely and responsibly. judge barry williams will announce his verdict thursday morning. right now-- a neighborhood is on edge-- as police look for the man who sexually assaulted a woman inside her home. it happed
