according to the police and p.m.sses, this was about 6 when the man was shot in his ice cream truck. he had just returned for the day. we talked with other folks who work in the area. they believed that he was followed into the parking lot. the police say the suspect tried to rob him. the man who was shot was taken to the hospital in critical condition. the police have not released his name, but we are told by his fellow ice cream truck driver he is from the african nation of in thebut has lived united states for a long time and been ice cream truck driver for a long time. the police have not put out a description of the suspect. according to a witness, there were two suspects and the shot him inside the ice cream truck. they say the victim tried to walk out of his ice cream truck, made it a short distance, and then collapsed on the ground and was taken by the ambulance to the hospital. live
