deadlyn: last night's ambush in dallas was chaos in the streets. at the height of it, the search for a gun man, the police tweeted out a picture of the man they said they needed to find. the truth is it was the wrong guy. michelle marsh has what he is saying tonight. michelle: marcuse had been photographed at the rally wearing a camouflage shirt and sporting an ar-15. officers were watching him in the crowd. in the aftermath of the shooting, the dallas police department was asking people to help find him. that tweet spread like wildfire. >> the first thing in my mind was they were going to shoot me. michelle: hughes

thank the good samaritans and the medical team that helped him. the police are actively investigating who placed the explosive device, but say that it was not terrorism and it likely was not intended to do harm. golden turns 19 tomorrow. a disturbing arrest in northern virginia, a local man charged with trying to help isis. he suggested of where to take pictures of possible terror targets in d.c., the second arrest this week. another man from sterling was charged with finding material support for isis. in the past two years, eight men from northern virginia have faced similar charges. they could be facing 20 years in prison if convicted. an update on a story that are i-team brought last year -- nearly 100 dead and dying horses were seized from a horse rescue farm in virginia.

counts of animal cruelty. today she pled not guilty. she will go on trial in september. she is also facing charges of embezzlement related to her nonprofit horse farm. a metro train operator is out of a job after he ran a red signal. it happened tuesday on the red line at the glenmont station. metro said the operator narrowly missed an oncoming train and two track inspectors. metro g.m. paul wiedefeld said there was no evidence of mechanical defect or sick all there was noe -- evidence of medical defect or signal failure, so he fired the operator on the spot. america may have new multimillionaires after the mega millions drawings. check the tickets. i will go slow. the numbers are -- 20, 19, 55, 73, and 8. the mega millions number is 5.

jonathan: in atlanta, this is what has happened in the last few minutes. the crowd is huge. they have shut down a major thoroughfare in atlanta, starting earlier is a breck lives matter protest. it has grown quite a bit. on one side there is a very strong police presence stopping the protesters from going in one direction. they are all backed up at that intersection. so far we have not heard of violence or problems. onare keeping a close eye things and we will let you know if anything changes. it has been a week of heartbreak and devastation for many across the country. reminder inositive the community of good policing, because they're a lot of them out there. d.c. police share this image on twitter, showing an officer getting down and tying the little guy's shoe.
