it has been four months since police officer jacai colson was shot and killed right in front of his own police station. the state's attorney gave us an update on this criminal case here at the district courthouse in upper marlboro, telling us that police officer taylor krauss has been cleared by grand jury. police believe it was krauss who tragically fatally wounded colson in what was described as friendly fire. it started on the afternoon of march 13, days before also 29th birthday. an exchange of gunfire caught on cell phone video by the suspects thomas three brothers named as the attackers still being held without bond, all three charged with second-degree murder. >> over seven weeks, they declined to return an indictment charging officer krauss, who had been
