barryher cases in which williams ruled not guilty. we got a look this morning at when he arrived, got out of the car, and went into the court behind very heavy security. he had to be optimistic. in court as the judge began to read his ruling it became clear that the verdicts in this case would be not guilty. three charges remained after several were drop. one, involuntary manslaughter area the third -- the second, reckless endangerment. the third, having to do with how he was handled in that police van back in april 2015. suffering fatal injuries as he was driven around west baltimore. the judge ruling that there was not enough evidence to prove that he had committed a crime. he may have committed an error in judgm

behind the ambush. he had been in baton rouge for three days before deciding to unleash the attack. armed with a rifle and semi he wasic -- pistol, seeking out officers. three lost their lives, three others were injured. at this hour autopsies are being performed on the three officers montrell jackson matthew gerald, and brad garafola. this afternoon we are hearing from a woman who witnessed the attack. wound up going around to the back of the car and the officers were literally on the driver side of the car, shooting over us. he allegedly posted a video online the day after those five officers in dallas were shot and killed, saying "it's a time for peace and a time for war."
