baseball bat being used as a weapon, so they showed up and started using pepper spray. this morning, the police chief showed up. says he is embarrassed with how his officers reacted that night. take a listen. >> we're getting word people are fighting. they have a baseball bat. john: the officer you hear there has been suspended 14 of weeks without pay. up theicers broke graduation party and forcefully removed some of the students. we know at least two officers deployed their pepper spray. police chief david mitchell says his department did not follow protocol. we spoke to one student who says parties in this community are common. that was rare. >> i don't feel like it was necessary because any other time the police have showed up, we just all left. it has never been an issue, all these years that i have inherently's. john: the police chief also
