democratic national convention begins, thousands of hacked dnc e-mails are being posted on wikileaks. some of those were sent between last may in january, focusing on ways to discredit senator bernie sanders during his primary run against hillary clinton. they say this is just the first of a series of leaks focused on clinton. leon: virginia governor terry mcauliffe is pledging to sign 13,000 executive orders after the virginia supreme court blocked felons boating rights -- voting rights in the states. 4-3 ruling, the court said the order overstep the governor's power, so mcauliffe said he will sign individual orders until all felons who have served their terms can vote. michelle: now the dangerous heat wave thais

fairfax county police are putting out a warning tone it after a string of unusual crimes. someone is stealing cars, then using them to help steal entire atm's. we are following this story from one of the stores that was hit. reporter: that's right, the thieves are not just getting away with cash, they are also getting way with entire atm machines in the stolen vehicles. the police have surveillance video, but they are not ready to release it at this time because they are worried they may compromise their investigation. >> they came right around, broke out the atm. they probably got a few hundred dollars. sa: he said the atm in his store was stolen friday morning at 2 a.m. the burglars were in and out within two minutes. surveillance cameras captured the men kicking the atm and pushing i

what do you think about it? it's pretty ballsy. is one of this several businesses in the area where the same exact thing has happened. the entire atm machine now missing. last month and atm machine was also stolen from a bowling alley only highway. was stolenanother from a restaurant on south jefferson street. mat another from a laundry on little river turnpike. according to the owner, two burglars took the atm out of the business. that same day, another disappeared from a convenience store on richmond highway. with no arrests, fairfax county police are asking businesses to stay alert. >> if they have alarm systems to keep them on. in each case, the police were notified by the business alarm that they triggered. anna-ly

michelle: take a look at these pictures. a bulldozer rammed into a home in denver. fire investigators say that the operator suffered a medical emergency and cannot stop stop fortunately, no one was home. the operator escaped with only minor injuries. leon: an accident sparked a house fire in gainesville this afternoon. a car crashed into the garage of the house and the house caught fire. the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. all occupants of the home got out safely. their dog died in the fire. michelle: a d.c. neighborhood's rabble today after a woman was grabbed off the street and attacked at gunpoint on m street and forced into a car. she was driven about a mile away and sexually assaulted. roz plater retraced the suspect's steps
