anna-lysa gayle is live for the rally just got started. anna-lysa? kimberly, it's a little loud in here right now, but, trump the stage a few minutes ago. he told us that people should be voting in november and he does not think of himself as a politician. hundreds of people were waiting outside. when we got here, the line wrapped around the expo center, many here to support him, others here to show why they do not believe he should be the next president. are on the protesters the outside of the expo center, monitored by the police. we did see some demonstrators and protesters and supporters. this is after trump's latest camp

restore voting rights to 13,000 felons who completed their sentences. he said more people will have their rights restored in the months to come. last month the state supreme court overruled the attempt to restore voting rights of 200 these in people -- 200,000 people by ticket of order. he said the disenfranchising policy unfairly impacts african-americans. it was warm and muggy, but still beautiful. some rain could interrupt your sunday plants. it's get the forecast with josh knight. we are really setting up for a nice evening, the temperature still warm, close to 90, but it is comfortable. not to muggy. tomorrow is a different story. commercial country club, 89 degrees, relatively clear skies. the cloud cover really hanging further off to the west. a few of those showers into shenandoah valley.

the suspect. indiana,ing story from that has ties to our area -- six notre dame football players arrested overnight in separate incidents. are from our area, one for maryland, one from dcu five players were stopped for speeding. founda police smelled and marijuana and a loaded gun in the car. they were also charged with marijuana possession. in the second case, the police arrested devon butler from the district, who went to can sag a high school. the police were called to break up a fight between two women and that is when they saw butler shove one of the women. when the police told him to back away, he allegedly pushed an officer and punched one of him, so he was arrested for battery in these this thi -- battery and resisting arrest. all six players could face dismissal if they are arrested

a heartbreaking moment for a florida family, their routine boat ride home turned into terror when it capsized, trapping a nearly two-year-old girl. agency?what is your -- what is your emergency? >> my boat crashed and i have a baby in the water. reporter: the police received a frantic call from a mother in distress. >> we are totally upside down and my daughter is under the boat. reporter: their vessel struck power lines and everyone was thrown overboard. >> the boat had flipped and i climbed on top of the boat. they pulled me up. we heard kennedy crying and we cannot find her. officers entered the water and pulled nearly everyone to safety except candidate.

kimberly: honoring the life and legacy of chuck brown. chuck brown day in the district. fans of the godfather of go-go music piled into the park today. iny lead the community tunes. holiday is always held close to his birthday. he died in 2012, but there is still time to get down there and celebrate his life and legacy. at 7:00 event wraps up tonight. a big birthday celebration at the national zoo, bei bei's first birthday bash. bannersplaced three in the panda yard and his mom picked the one that symbolizes friendship and block. the birthday is officially monday, bao bao' s is the next day. their father turns

would have more tests done today and this is his first shoulder issue, so he hopes that it heals quickly. >> somebody landed on my shoulder. just came down awkward on my shoulder. when i went down on it, scale of one to 10, it was about a 7. then it went up. then it went down. still have some flexibility in it. it's not as bad as it was. indianapolis, the ravens are getting ready to kick off their second preseason game against the colts. one guy happy to be back in a uniform is linebacker terrel suggs. he missed all of last season with a torn left achilles. but he not play tonight, is hoping to see some live game action before the reckless season starts. suggs still has a way to go before he feels like he is in football shape, but he is thrilled to be back on the field with his teammates. >> it

a marathon was completed in just under four and half hours. what makes the accomplishment more remarkable, he did it without arms or legs. on ampleted the marathon skateboard, pushing himself along with part of his left leg. a motivational speaker, he helps people overcome adversity in their own lives. this weekend he took part in a 5k breast cancer walk in little rock. that is inspirational. erin: i love that. i would love to hear one of his speeches. kimberly: how is the weather? josh: great this evening. tomorrow, the rain moves through. the timing is not really good for the d.c. united game. if you are going to the game, take the rain gear. the temperatures will become double, but the timing of the rain is from about 3:00 until 7:00. still sticky tomorrow, but tuesday and wednesday the humidity goes ray down -- goes way down and it will feel really nice. low 80's on
