richard: dozens of people came to riverside parkway and kick part drive, where a-month-old baby was fatally struck, her mother fighting for her life. >> you think like things like this happen other places. about 80 m wednesday, a mother was crossing the parkway, her baby in the stroller, when this issue v struck them -- when this suv struck them both at 8 a.m. summit u.s. trying to give cpr to the baby. she was screaming because she cannot move. richard: witnesses say the baby was ejected from the stroller. the driver stayed on the scene. >> those two families' lives have been turned upside down. richard: residents have been voicing concerns about traffic safety. for now, prayers for the mother, her baby

immigrants. he said that deportations would start with any undocumented immigrant arrested or convicted of a crime and ends the funding for so-called sanctuary cities, and an ideological screening test for new immigrants. trump also addressed his controversial border wall. >> and mexico will pay for the wall, believe me. they don't know it yet, they are going to pay for the wall. leon: his proposed border wall is casting a shadow over the trip to mexico city. the mexican president said he told trump mexico would never pay for a wall. trump claims they discuss the proposal, but said the issue of money never came up. hillary clinton addressed tweet tonightn a saying that he failed his first foreign policy test. she spoke at a convention in cincinnati this afternoon. >>

leon: it has been 21 days since the powerful explosion rocked a silver spring apartment complex, killing seven and injuring dozens. since that day there has been increase of emergency calls as neighbors are fearful of natural the area.in anna-lysa:

after an explosion killed seven people at the flower branch apartments, some residents are moving away. this woman is one of them. >> i feel unstable. anna-lysa: that instability could explain why montgomery county fire and rescue is seeing an increase in calls surrounding the apartment streets where the apartments went up in flames august 10. there have been 10 calls between the 16th and 31st of august. he only recalls one call in july, days before the explosion about a gas odor at the flower break apartments. >> we are not surprised we have received this number of calls. again, none of them have resulted in any significant gas leak. anna-lysa: some residents believe that the calls are fueled by fear, considering the cause of the fire was linked to a ghastly. >> you know how your mind is, feeling that
