shimmered. we'll invite you behind the scenes on this wednesday, october 19th. from abc news, this is "world news now." good morning to you all. we begin with the countdown to tonight's third and final presidential debate. >> as trump steps up allegations that the election is being rigged, the president has two simple words of advice, stop whining. abc's tom latest. >> reporter: with the two weeks to go -- >> they rigged it from the beginning. they even want to try to rig the election at the polling booths. >> reporter: but a stern rebuke from president obama. >> you start whining before the game's over, whenever things are going badly for you and you lose, you blame somebody else? then you don't have what it takes to be in this job. >> reporter: the president rejecting trump's claim of widespread voter fraud.

>> reporter: backstage before a rally, i asked trump for proof that the election is rigged. >> what evidence do you have of voter fraud? do you look at certain parts of the country and see the voter fraud you have. you see people dead for ten years still so-called voting. >> reporter: experts say that's just not true and voter fraud is extremely rare. florida's senator dismissing trump's came as preposterous. >> we have 67 counties in the state, each of which their own elections. i promise you there's not a 67-county conspiracy to rig the election. >> reporter: the reporter seen this this photo standing next to trump in 2005 at his florida resort. she was there to profile the trumps, but says when melania was out of the room, trump shut the door behind us. within seconds, pushed me against the wall and forcing his tongue down my throughout. trump denies it.

suspects. learning from a military commander it will take two months for iraqi troops to regain mosul from isis. the battle to end the terror group's two-year hold on the city is in the third day. u.s. forces are helping as part of a 94,000-member coalition. the pentagon's spokesman says isis mill tonights are trying to hold back iraqi and kurdish forces using humans as shields. down, showing him being gunned down jogs in the neighborhood near mexico city. police are looking for the shooter. el chappo is held in prison, and they ordered the attorney general to invs. gait the murder. a wisconsin police officer narrowly avoided being crushed by her own cruiser. video shows the officer walking back to her car after she'd stop to check a disabled vehicle and suddenly, look at this.

welcome back. president obama's campaign promise to shut down the prison at gitmo is looking increasingly unlikely. of course, congressional republicans staunchly aposed to closing the facility and relocating prisoners back here on u. tonight, we learned another detainee has been released, sent to another country with several more ready to go. david muir has an exclusive look inside the facility. >> reporter: we fly to the most notorious prisons in the world on the u.s. naval base in cuba. we arrived. >> there was no single cell. >> reporter: meeting the prison w wardon. immediately, we go down the darkened hall aways of one of

>> this is a typical cell block. >> reporter: we are shown many of the detainees. we're not allowed to show faces, and we watch as the detainees use mats for prayer. >> we can see the detainees, they cannot see us back through this glass. we just watched as the guards placed these orange cones in front of the doors here. that's a signal to the other guards not to open the doors or disrupt them in prayer. so many signs of their routine here, laundry hanging, meals, detainees carrying cups and plates. >> a guards puts on a face mask to lessens risk of getting something put in their eyes or mouth. >> reporter: talking about a cocktail of fluids, and it's called flashing. they show us the cell detainees who protest who are nonclient, and evidence of splashing on the
