increased and improved service virginia governor giving us information about the big change that is coming to i-66. northern virginia bureau chief jeff goldberg is following that in the newsroom. jeff: hearing from governor mcauliffe. he was fired up and he says things are moving toward fast with plans to start construction of the tolls on 66 inside the beltway. with a big decision coming next week. the governor mcauliffe speaking today to a packed room at the governor's transportation confront today in crystal city in contractors will be selected for the project on 66. construction is expected to start and then finish next year in 2017. five will be built on the beltway and that will require the drivers have an easy path to travel in rush hour. mcauliffe saying he is delivering on the campaign
