abc news has her out in front in double digits but the "l.a. times" poll has everything dead heat. why is there such a variance with the polls out there? reporter: you know we see the polls come in. as we approach election day they become more scientific. once again these are all polls leading up the election day. so no matter what the poll we won't know the final outcome until november 8. all that matters is what happens on november 8. jonathan: good point. tonight. michelle: well, nearly 7 million votes have already been cast nationwide. that is more votes than at this point four years ago. early and absentee voting you yu underway in d.c. and virginia. >> there were more people coming to vote than i expected. that is a good thing. >> d.c. residents can cast their ballot at one judiciary square through november 4.

jonathan: an alexandria pastor and his wife charged with fraud and conspiracy. terry and brenda millender accused of scamming the congregation out of $1.2 million. prosecutors in the case say the couple made false promises to people who invested in their business. instead of providing small business loans in poor countries, prosecutors say that the millenders used the money on risky purchase of a home in springfield. michelle: turns out the fallout from the wells fargo banking scandal may be starting. a survey of the wells fargo customers was completed showing the potential cost of creating million of fake accounts. it found the bank stands to lose $99 billion in deposits. $ billion in rev -- $4 billion in revenue and a customer base that could drop by up to 30%.
