bonnie's mother betty ann armstrong testifying that the problems escalated with the couple two years before bonnie's death. bonnie was afraid for her life. he was antagonizing mig -- my daughter. she would travel to watch the two children while bonnie was out of town for work. one night david black who moved in a home two blocks away tried forcing his way in the house to see the kids. he was getting angrier and angrier. he wanted in that house." patricia fitzgibbons a life-long friend of bonnie stephed she was truly afraid after her safety. betny ann armstrong says bonnie was supposed to drive to pennsylvania and relax and regroup days before the divorce trial set to begin.

larry: it has been a month since the crews began to rehabilitate beach drive. how is it going so far in brianne carter takes us on a tour. brianne: digging up the old road. system. today a first look at the work along beach drive, a project that snarled the commute for many. >> this is a complete road reconstruction. >> the national park service today says a month in the project the first segment is on schedule. crews haven't run into construction setbacks they have found old cables and historic wall under the road near tilden street. >> a trail is getting overhaul, widening the space
