information from fairfax police. jeff? jeff: well, michelle, it was here according to fairfax police where the woman was forced out of vehicle. we are at south manchester and route 50 inside the arlington county line. police say a woman was sexually assaulted by two men at gunpoint and then dropped off here, forced out of the vehicle at 2:00 in the morning. according to fairfax police, the woman 50 years old met two men at a restaurant in the 5800 block o saying she did not know the men. she left the restaurant with the man and all three got inside a minivan and headed toward arlington. at that point both of the men sexual assaulted the woman inside the vehicle. all while a handgun was being displayed. the two woman took the woman's cell phone and forced her out of the minivan on route 50 in manchester where she was able to flag down a passerby who called police. police say they do not believe

crime. >> they had met in the evening at the restaurant. it's like a cantina style restaurant. maybe talked. i don't want to speculate but most likely felt it was safe to leave. she did. unfortunately this brutal attack occurred. jeff: the description on the two suspects is very vague. we don't know much about the vehicle either. a late model honda odyssey minivan. the woman speaks spanish. good according to authorities so it's been difficult to get clear information on what happened with the crime and about the suspect. and, of course, the woman is still traumatized by what happened. if you have any information about the crime, you are asked to call fairfax police right away. live in arlington county, jeff goldberg, abc7 news. jonathan: thank you very much. new at 4:00, an emotional conclusion of a story that exposed the reality of drunk driving.

the motorcycle driver who was thrown from the bike is expected to recover. again all lanes are open right now. also happening now, condo residents in prince george's county fighting to get the power turned back on. you will remember the story. the condo community has $1 million owed in utilities and it's not even the residents' fault. that fight today went to court. q mccray has been on the story for us since monday. he has an update. what is t q: all right, alison. here is the latest. today a good number of the lynn hill residents got on school buses and made their way to upper marlboro. they rallied in front of the prince george's county courthouse and at the county administration building. they were here for three hours ago. they are pushing to have the utilities put back on. we have video now to show you of them rallying. the effort is to get the utilities back on.

two fronts here. the condo complex attorney and there is senator's efforts. start with the attorney. back in april a judge gave pepco the okay to shut off power to lynn hill condominiums because of the outstanding $400,000 power bill. the complex attorney want pepco's ruling canceled and the complex's 2014 bankruptcy filing restated. to get the complex's creditors off the back. and to give it time to pay for when it comes to the senator, he has the state attorney office pushing for what is called an injunction. the complex doesn't have the money to pay the $1 million worth of outstanding utility bills. the injunction is a court-ordered to stop a specified act. and the act in this case is the utilities that are being cut off. they want them back on. >> they will ask the judge in

robbing a cell phone store. the man broke the front door with a couple of hammers and used the hammer to break display glass and take a number of smartphones. police are still looking for this man. we know on average women get paid less than men. alison: that's right. but now a new study finds the work, they actually work more than men, too. some of it is unpaid. it shows minutes a day longer than men. included the number is the time women spend caring for the children or for elderly family members. however the number is smaller in the u.s. where women work 19 minutes more than men every day. jonathan: after game one -- i didn't know how to segue out of that. after game two of the world series quite a walk home.

we have drays all the way -- delays all the way around the beltway. you can see red ahead of you. no major accident on the beltway. it's all volume this afternoon. we take a look of the inner loop of the beltway. headed to dulles toll road to tysons across the legion bridge. this is always an issue but today there are ongoing delays. check out d.c. 295 in the district northbound. off the 11th street bridge. the delays are heading to the baltimore washington parkway. that is 27 minutes at the least heading up this way. we expect a slow ride as you go. we take a live look at a couple of cameras around the capital beltway. looking at the out evidenceer -- outer loop in bethesda. plenty of volume to virginia for these delays. also looking at the beltway. the inner loop. we mentioned previously past the georgetown pike.

like a cos chalm rental place so she doesn't go broke buying the costumes. good for her. michelle: or if you are a neighbor and need to borrow one, knock on her door. jonathan: it seems so many of us got the call. a scammer on the other end claiming to be from the i.r.s. or some other organization. saying you need to pay up and do it fast. michelle: today officials are announcing a huge step indicting dozens of people in a multimillion indian call center scam. amy aubert joins us live with the latest on the investigation. amy: that is officials tell me this group targets victims right here in the u.s. resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in losses. >> unfortunately we are all too aware of the scams. amy: officials announcing more than 60 people and entyties now facing charge -- entities now facing charges for the alleged involvement in a transnational organization. >> more than 15,000 victims, including many new immigrants to the united states and the

a network of call centers originated in india. amy: the group say the defendants called the victims claiming to be from the i.r.s. or u.s. citizenship and immigration services. >> we are only as good as our word. when it appears as if we are doing business over the phone in a threatening or a fraudulent manner it reflects poorly on what we are trying to accomplish. amy: a scheme some know all too well. >> i relive it occasionally. thinking how could i be so stupid to no this was a scam. amy: a victim who didn't want to be identified said the caller claimed to be from the i.r.s. and tricked him to send gift cards over a four-day period. >> i'm certainly not expecting restitution. i just want to help put a stop to this. >> today's actions will not only bring a sense of justice to the victims in this case but this significant investigation will help increase awareness for this
