maryland. they appeared to stick the drivers in a 25-mile-per-hour zone but it was focused on 35-mile-per-hour. five drivers disputed the ticket and college park dismissed the tickets citing the drivers might have been confused over the plaitment of an old 25-mile-per-hour speed limit sign. the new sign used to be here. there were drivers that were falsely ticketed. the speed camera was in the wrong spot. we determine it was accurate. we look and we review the citations issued after the new camera installed. >> we contacted the city and we started to ask questions. they were reviewing the other

hospital center. they gave an update an hour and a half ago. sam ford is life in cheverly to tell us what they had to say. what is the latest? zach well, they told us -- sam: well, they told us they thought they had everything in hand here. they thought they were doing everything right. then the bacterium pops up again. they sent the babies out to other hospitals and invited the investigators in. >> admitted they are the hospital authorities told us experts from the centers for disease control arrived at the prince george's hospital this afternoon to try to find out where the pseudomonas is coming from. >> we will provide complete and as you expect welcome access to this team. >> two days ago that the hospital shut down the nicu after two infants tested positive for pseudomonas. this was the same bacterium
