james comey about the hillary clinton e-mail review. brianne carter has the latest of elements and reactions from both campaigns. did anyone say they expected this? brianne: many were not surprised. this was the letter from fbi director james comey to congress today, and since then reaction from both sides pouring in. during the final laps of this marathon cam announcement from the fbi. in his letter to the congress, fbi director james comey says charges will not be filed against hillary clinton, the letter coming after late last month he announced a renewed investigation into clinton's e-mails. well crisscrossing states that i, clinton's camp reacting to the latest of elements. >> it sounds like the fbi directors conclusion is as we thought it would be.
