article portrayed her as a villain and she sued for $7.5 million. jonathan: closer to home, we are on verdict watch in the murder of an arlington mother. david black is accused of stabbing his estranged wife, bonnie, last year. the body was discovered in their home by the couple's young children. the jury will start deliberating tomorrow after closing arguments. stay with us for any and all updates. and an arrest has been made in the weekend murder of a woman in prince william county. the police say that brian yu shot a woman to death in gainesville. she was shot to death and a parking lot along atlas parkway. the motive has not been released, but the police say this was not random. alison: two workers were injured after falling from scaffolding at a construction site in montgomery county, along georgia avenue in wheaton.

registered to vote in three states. he went to all three polling places to find out. chris: one person, one vote. that is what we are told when we are picking the next person to live in there, but what would happen if i try to vote in every place i'm registered. the past few years i've lived in pennsylvania, virginia, now maryland. i followed the election law exactly as i was supposed to as i was moving state to state. the la voter registration system in those states could not keep up with me and my name was not removed from those less. when i went to the polls in those three states if i could vote, i learned i easily could. >> simply the fact that you can do it, that's never happened. chris: even though i could have voted in three states, i only voted in one.
