of a gas leak, but they say the damage to the building was only cosmetic. jonathan: the police say that a 12-year-old girl was sexually assaulted inside of a church kitchen. george bol is charged with abduction and sexual assault at the cornerstone church in annandale, where tim barber joins us with the investigation. tim: detective say this place of worship turned into a crime scene, arrested is not even a member here. tonight, george bol is facing an aggravated sexual battery charge, accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl inside the kitchen of this fairfax county church. >> i don't know the details, but it's unfortunate. tim: the pastor says he does not know bol. the 47-year-old suspect was attending a fellowship program

grandmother stabbed repeatedly, the police say by her own granddaughter. the police say that say vanna weaver stabbed -- savannah weaver stabbed her grandmother to " get rid of the demons." weaver was taken into custody and placed into a hospital for mental valuation. >> it's a tragedy, horrible, mental illness. it's horrible. jonathan: a neighbor said victim was giving her troubled granddaughter a place to stay as she was battling mental illness. the police are searching for a person who shot at a shopper's grocery store in hyattsville this morning as the store was opening. nobody was injured. the only damage was to the window. store employees believe that a disgruntled employee is responsible for pulling the trigger, but so far no arrests made. michelle: the man accused of killing nine people inside of a

prosecutors are seeking the death penalty in the case against delon roof. nine black people were killed in the horrible shooting, and roof has been called a white supremacist. jonathan: the elections have been over for weeks, but the results not so much. president-elect donald trump lashing out against those who questioned his victory, saying now he should have won the popular vote as well. recount requested by jill stein, the green party candidate, not stopping at just wisconsin but also pennsylvania and michigan. those three states helped decide the election. >> this is an election in which there has been hacking and allegations of tampering all over the place.

tonight's d.c. zoning commission meeting focused primarily on d.c. united planned stadium at third point. members and attendees all the latest renderings of the stadium at buzzards point. they also heard from people concerned about the potential health impacts of the stadium construction. >> plant construction and traffic flow for the stadium raises concerns and issues for a members, and h t are planning the development until the concerns of the community have been adequately addressed. jonathan: construction is set to begin this winter. if the project stays on's eventual -- stays on schedule, they stadium will open in 2018. michelle: a group of neighbors from a mobile home park in manassas got their chance to speak out about being evicted. tom roussey has the fight.
