home invasion that ended with a death. culpeper sure's office is looking for the two other suspects in a 2001 dark green honda. investigators returned friday afternoon with evidence markers. the homeowner -- a neighbor heard gunshots coming from the house. >> i came outside to see what was, and five minutes later the police department and everybody was here. anna-lysa: detectives learned the shots were fired by his neighbor after two intruders forced their way in, striking him in the head with a gun. >> a struggle ensued between the homeowner, mr. jones, at which point the homeowner was able to obtain control of the gun.

investigation happening now. tom: the police say that what happened happened here on school property. the man was given release conditions earlier today by a judge, order to stay away from the high school and order to stay away from the 17-year-old alleged victim. we found jimmy augustine's resu me on linkedin. trainer at archbishop carroll from 2007 until last month. it does not say why he left. really this year, augustin had inappropriate contact with a 17-year-old student. he allegedly took the girl on the net, face, and touched her lower back. archbishop carroll prides itself on athletics and now has a different athletic trainer.
