expected to name the remaining members of his cabinet this week. developing now. police make an arrest in the murder of a convenience store clerk in spotsylvania is being held without bond. investigators say surveillance video shows washington attacking the 54-year-old clerk inside a sunoco on jefferson davis highway early saturday morning. the man later died. in south carolina-- accused murderer dylann roof is due in court later today. roof is charged with gunning down 9 parishioners at a charleston church in june 2015. he successfully requested to act as his own lawyer for his criminal trial. roof will meet with prosecutors for pretrial hearings this morning.
